1. Application for Membership - completed by yourself
2. Qualifying Employment Certificate - completed by your supervising solicitor
3. Relevant Application Fee - cheques made payable to NZILE Inc.
   $11.25 for Support applications
   $22.50 for Affiliate, Associate & Fellow applications
   

   NOTE: Do not include your subscription with your application for membership. An invoice for your subscription will be issued once membership has been approved.
