Neville is a Senior Associate with Simpson Grierson, specialising in security enforcement and property chattel realisation. June Graham - Debt Collection Conundrums -- "TO SUE OR NOT TO SUE." With 24 years' experience in civil litigation, June will cover all aspects both in and out of Court. June is currently a Legal Executive with Simpson Grierson but probably best known as our hardworking past President of the NZILE. 	25-Oct		Auckland Branch - Presentation: “Practical Information on the use of E-Dealing” Presented by SIMONE LEEVY, Customer Uptake Manager, LINZ This is NOT a training session but an information-sharing presentation, targeting those who are not yet e-dealing, or who are unsure of some aspects. The purpose of the presentation is to inform and encourage uptake of e-dealing to enable practitioners to become experienced well before the mandatory deadline of 1 May 2007. The main points to be covered will be: The world of e-dealing and how it can work for you The future for Land on Line 100% e-lodgement programme – Customer Uptake The Regulatory environment Usage figures and regional data Q&A session A LINZ Trainer will be present so there will also be the opportunity to cover practical issues that you might be experiencing in moving to the on-line environment. From the President, NZILE We have had three really successful conferences - this one will be no exception. I urge you all to come to this conference – not only is this an excellent opportunity to catch up with developments in your area of practice and extend your knowledge of other less familiar areas of practice but, with the advent of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, we have professional issues to discuss. During the course of the conference we will follow the fortunes of Harry and Sally. Their story will challenge you to think holistically about the advice clients receive. In addition to the serious side, we’ll have a bit of fun at the dinner and throughout the conference you will have the chance to catch up with old friends as well as make new ones.
