Northland Branch eDealing Seminar

NORTHLAND BRANCH and LINZ ARE PLEASED TO PRESENT A SEMINAR FOR ALL LEGAL EXECUTIVES AND LEGAL STAFF ON Wednesday 1 December 2004

As you are all no doubt aware, LINZ has been working towards a paperless system for registration and titles and a few of you will already have eDealing in your offices. In due course eDealing will be the preferred way for practitioners to register documents at LINZ subsequent to settlement. LINZ is currently looking at enabling eDealing of the less common types of documents.

LINZ will be presenting on the following issues:
- workflow changes around e-dealing adoption
- e-dealing features
- support you can get while using e-dealing
- A live demonstration of e-dealing by LINZ eDealing expert, Julie Gillat.

You will be provided with workflow guidance information, as well as e-dealing training CD's and general information packs.

This is a seminar of interest to LE's as employees and as professionals to keep updated on the changes to technology in the legal sector.
