Hugh McGuinness an NZILE Fellow with many years experience
in Trust work will speak in a relatively informal fashion
about trusts, the reasons and motivations for setting them
up and using them, the techniques for doing so, the pros and
cons of jointly settled trusts and parallel trusts (the modern
equivalent of the old mirror trusts), life leases, gifts and
sales of assests to trusts, debts owned by trusts and clearing
them off by gifting and/or will mortgaged properties going
into trusts and other related topics.
