2. CONTINUITY 2.1 The Rules replace the previous rules of the Institute. 2.2 All officers, elections and appointments (including of or to the Council and committees of the Council) registers, registrations, records, instruments, delegations, plans and generally all acts of authority that originated under the previous rules of the Institute and are subsisting and in force on the day on which the Rules are adopted shall continue and be deemed to be effective and in full force under the Rules. The name of the Institute is THE NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE OF LEGAL EXECUTIVES INCORPORATED. The Council may, in its discretion, at any time resolve to change the name of the Institute to such other name as it determines. Notice of every change of name shall be given to the Registrar. The Registered Office of the Institute is 46A Campbell Road, Royal
Oak, Auckland, or such other place as the Council, in its discretion,
from time to time determines. |
