If any matter arises which is not provided for or which, in the opinion of the Council, is not provided for, in the Rules, the matter shall be determined by the Council, and every such determination shall be binding upon the Institute and the Members, unless and until set aside by a resolution of a special or annual general meeting.

If so, you may be eligible for Affiliate membership and Registered Legal Executive status. If you are currently studying the legal executive qualification you can apply for Support membership.
