18. BY-LAWS
The Institute may in general meeting make by‑laws not repugnant to the Rules by a resolution approved by not less than two thirds of the Members present and voting in person or as proxy.

If so, you may be eligible for Affiliate membership and Registered Legal Executive status. If you are currently studying the legal executive qualification you can apply for Support membership.
